OUR FACILITY and CLASSES
We have an amazing state-of the-art facility.Our classes are fun, and will get your child moving!
Each session consists of three action packed periods:
KidFIT Play & Ride:
Kids pedal and steer through their favorite Playstation 2 games with the speed of their legs controlling the pace of the game. It's great for cardio/aerobic conditioning.
KidFITStrength Training:
Kid-customized machines for ages 5 -12 to develop overall functional strength. Kids will feel more dynamic and powerful in everyday life and in other sports they do.
KidFIT Stadium Challenge: Jumping, hopping and shuffling, KidFit coaches lead members through fun and exciting activities that develop balance, coordination, and overall endurance. On different days the class may focus on specialties, such as "Body Balance" or "Move-n-Groove." See the schedule for more info.
KidFIT has a motivating reward system that tracks each child’s performance over time and recognizes hard work and commitment with a Centurion 100 Mile Club and the KidFIT Wall of Fame.
One Size Does Not Fit All at POWER TEN KidFIT! Equipment, training and coaching is expertly customized to a child’s size, strength, flexibility, endurance, physiology and psychology.
Just like Mom and Dad’s gym, kids receive a key tag for entry and are entitled to unlimited use of the gym within age appropriate hours.
KidFIT is highly flexible, designed to flow with kids’ ever changing schedules. Kids can jump into age appropriate sessions Monday – Thursday, and enjoy open gym on Friday and Saturday.
