NUTRITIONAL CORNER
Nutritional Tip. We all know that veggies are good for us, but it’s not always easy getting kids to eat them. Next time you’re making hamburgers or pasta sauce, try adding pureed vegetables into your recipes. Kids will still benefit from the countless nutrients that vegetables provide, without being scared away by the taste.
